Photoionization plants are used to treat odors from wastewater and sewage sludge treatment. However, the technology is also used in industries such as the food industry, chemical industry, waste processing, etc.

Areas of application

Typical areas of application for Neutralox photoionization in wastewater treatment plants are sewage pumping stations, vacuum stations, screen buildings, sand traps and infeed areas. Pre-treatment, thickeners, sludge storage tanks, sludge treatment, e.g. dryers, aerobic stabilization, drainage buildings.

They can also be used in areas where odors develop, e.g. due to production. For example, in the chemical industry, food industry, etc.

Our plant engineering is based on high-quality stainless steel structures. The housings of the plants can be designed single-walled or double-walled and insulated. Due to the insensitivity of our processes, the plants work without problems in cold as well as warm climates.

NEUTRALOX plants have a modular design and are delivered pre-assembled, which reduces the installation time significantly. Our compact plants always require a small setup area.

Installing of plants

For quality assurance, we offer the installation of plants worldwide with our own personnel.

Test plants

With our test plants, we can demonstrate the performance of our processes on site. During the tests, simple substance analyses can be carried out or extensive laboratory analyses can take place.

Odor analyses, microbiological analyses

We offer odor and substance analyses for the tasks to be performed.

Supply of consumables

We store large quantities of consumables in warehouses around the world in order to guarantee the shortest possible delivery times to our customers.

Plant maintenance

We ensure the operation and maintenance of our plants on behalf of our customers on the basis of long-term maintenance contracts. The warranty period can be extended in conjunction with maintenance contracts.

Due to our modular design, we can easily create suitable plants for any air flows. From small waste water pumping stations to large-scale plants that treat the exhaust air from complete waste water treatment plants, we can help you with exhaust air purification.

Small plant

Waste water pumping stations often have relatively small Neutralox plants, which ensure odor treatment completely independently and without major operating costs.

Medium-sized plants treat exhaust air from various odor sources or smaller buildings

Large plant

Large Neutralox plants treat exhaust air in large rooms, such as screening or drainage buildings. In some cases, the exhaust air from complete waste water treatment plants is oxidized.
